She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. George J. Ellis and Katherine Johnson Ellis; her husband Gerald Lewis Geiger (John "Jack" Gallagher); and her sister Mary Lousie Wilson. She is survived by: her siblings, George J. Ellis, Jr., William M. Ellis, Robert M. Ellis, Karen E. Barbee and Catherine M. Dirlam; her children, Sean Gallagher (Mary), Michael Gallagher (Susan) and Anne Jones (Jay); her stepson William Geiger (Marie); and her grandchildren, Grace Gallagher, John Gallagher, Patrick Gallagher, Christiana Gallagher Oatman, Liam Gallagher, Michaela Gallagher, Morgan Jones, Robert Jones, Marcus Geiger and Marian Geiger.
