He was predeceased by: his parents, Jozef Wozniak and Pelagia Stach of New Britain, Connecticut.; and his siblings, Henry Wozniak and Florence Laskarzewski. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wozniak; his daughters, Dr. Marcella Wozniak (Mark Eades) of Mt. Airy and Elizabeth Fraize (Brian Fraize) of Mt. Airy; his sisters, Elizabeth Bulsewicz (Betty) and Betty; and his children, Marcy, Betta and Tad. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren.
