He was predeceased by: his parents, Tyler M Shaw and Marie Brown Shaw; and his brother Matthew Shaw. He is survived by: his uncle William "Shoat" Brown; and his siblings, Edward Shaw (Ne Marie), Thomas Shaw, Ercell Buckson (Ne Johnny), Jacqueline Person (Ne Earl) and Big Sis Mabel Newell of Broadnax, Virginia.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
