It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Haynes Buckmon (Brentwood, Maryland), who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Haynes Sr. and Mary Anna Smith Haynes; her spouse Wyndell Buckmon Sr.; and her sons, Kenneth Steven Buckmon and Brian Matthew Buckmon.
She is survived by: her son Wendell Buckmon, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Rene Buckmon; her siblings, Nettie H. Shuler and Ben Hanes; and her granddaughters, Dominique, Lauren, Morgan and Manique. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
