It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Mae Bell (Brentwood, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Williams, Sr. and Margaret Williams-Smith; and her stepfather Rev. Harold Smith. She is survived by: her uncle Caesar Fenderson; her spouse Kramer; her children, Natalie D. Bell of Silver Spring, MD, Reginald S. Bell of Greenbelt, MD and Nicola R. Bell; her grandchild Kamron J. Cunningham of Washington, DC.; her siblings, Guy Williams Jr. and Althea Waddell; and her nieces and nephews, Benthea Payne, Sheila Ellebie (Rick), Donna Sutton (Will), Jacqueline Scott (Charles), Rodney Smith and Guy Williams III (Arlene). She is also survived by other cousins, relatives and friends.
