She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smallwood and Marian Smallwood; her former husband James Wilson; her son Robert; her former husband Oscar Barton; her husband Warren Bishop; her siblings, Robert Smallwood, Jr., Louis Smallwood, Delores Baker and Helen Davis; and her granddaughter Imani Lang.

She is survived by: her brothers, James Smallwood, Sr., John Smallwood and Paul Smallwood; her children, Christopher Wilson, Denice Johnson, Gerald Wilson, Sylvia Lang, Oscar Barton, Jr., Johnnie Barton and Marian Barton Peele; her grandchildren, Christina Wilson, LySandra Davis (Alaric), Steven Wilson, Brooks Smith, Jr. (Sheila), Nichelle Marks (Kevin), Brenda Wilson, Gerald Wilson, Jr., Michael Lang, Jr. (Monica), Matthew Lang, Michelle Lang Honeywood (Kenny), Marian Lang, Owen Barton, Tyler Barton, Jordan Barton, Megan Barton, Marshall Peele and Miles Peele; her great grandchildren, Joel Davis, DeQwan Haight, Naya Jordan, Angelina Smith, Kayla Smith, Brooks Smith III, Shafon Smith, Kevin Marks III, Keith Marks, Eleanor Lang, Mackenzie Honeywood and Cree Lang; and her great great grandchildren, Alia Haight and Serenity Smith. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, church family, and friends.
