He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Hazel; his son Tony Hargrove; his brothers, Leander of New Jersey, Horace of Maryland and Otis of Nottoway; his nephews, Ernest Adams, Fred William and Bruce William; his sister-in-law Gloria; and also Gloria Neal. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
Mr. Blizzard gave donations to every charity that came in the mail and tithed faithfully at his church home, Morning Star, every month.
