It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Gilbert Paschal Evans (Brentwood, Maryland), who passed away on March 27, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane Evans; and his daughter Joy A. Evans. He is survived by: his daughter Carol L. Cunningham of Bowie; his granddaughter LaShawn N. Cunningham; his brother Garfield Evans (Juanita) of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his brother-in-law David Barnes (Linda) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
