He is survived by: his children, Kimberly, Lynee Ragland and Charles Ragland, Jr.; his stepchildren, Angel and Brian Anderson; his stepgrandchild Shahara Anderson Davis; his siblings, Michael Ragland, Shirley Hobgood Lawrence and Renee Ragland Carroll; and his nieces and nephews, Jerika Hobgood Jeffery, Amari Hobgood, Deanna Carroll, Andre Hobgood, Rashad Ragland and Michael Ragland, Jr.. He is also survived by four uncles; five aunts; and a host of other relatives and friends.
