She is survived by: her son Kevin Gerard Smith; her grandchild Cruz Amar Zaire Boone; her siblings, Michael Green (Washington, DC), Deborah Green-Wilson of Columbia, SC and Robyn Green Byrd; her brother-in-law Larry Byrd (Mitchellville, MD); her nieces, Ashleigh Wilson and Jordyn Byrd; and her nephew Joshua David Byrd.
