He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Smith. He is survived by: his mother Diane Burnette Smith; his son Draven Smith; his sisters, Trisha Watkins (Alan) and Angie Isaacs (David); and his friends, Larry Paschal, Missy Sanders and Jerry Blevins. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew; three uncles and many cousins.
