He was predeceased by: his parents, George Naylor Walls and Christa Dörr Walls; his brothers, George Walls, Jr., David Walls, Steven Walls, John Walls and Donald Walls; and his nephew Michael Ray Dean Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Martha O. Walls; his children, Robert J. Walls, Jr., Michael J. Walls (Marcia), Mark A. Walls (Jessica) and Cynthia L. Walls; his grandchildren, Khyl S. Perry and Emily Walls; and his sister Christine Walls. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
