She was predeceased by: her parent Pinky Caple. She is survived by: her children, Jemmie Lee Welch Sr. (Deborah Welch), Silvia Welch Thomas (Theodore Thomas) and Willie Lee Welch Jr. (Maria Welch). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
