He is survived by: his parent Leslie Johnson Slaybaugh; his wife Mary Ann; his brother William Slaybaugh; his granddaughter Lisa Christine; his brother Gary Slaybaugh; his children, Lynda Caye Rinaldo (Steve), Leslie Craig Slaybaugh (Noni) and Christopher Slaybaugh; and his grandchildren, Laura, Lindsay, Marc, Leslie and Michelle.
