He was predeceased by: his parents, Crews Hall and Mary Hall; and his siblings, Chester, Norman, Schelley Hall, Nannie Ruth Tuck, Reba Jewell Thompson, Monica Brazzee Thompson and Kathryn Winifred Lassiter.
He is survived by: his children, Hariold Roger (Diane) of Charlotte, NC and Denise Annette (L. Ray) of Brandywine, MD.; his wife Sallie S. Hall; his daughter Denitra Bynum (Charles) of Upper Marlboro, MD; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Hall, Halston Hall (Daria), Charles Bynum, III, Indasha Bynum, Dominique Bynum and Tyrus Pincham; his great grandchild Jordyn Hall; his sister Naomi Rose; his sisters-in-law, Laura, Nancy Small and Evelyn Shepherd; and his goddaughters, Wanda Crawley-Pearson (Chris) and Erica Small. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, loving relatives and friends.
