He is survived by: his children, Pamela Ann (Steve Hyde), Stephen Wade (Lori Windsor) and Cheryl Lyn Windsor; his grandchildren, Melissa, Lauren, Kenny, Hunter, Michael, Lisa and Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Jacob, Lillian, Abigail, Jonathan, Brantley, Taylor, Jaxon, Cole, Baylee, Rylee, Jordyn and Gage.
