She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Lantz and Janet Lantz (Finch); her daughter Angela "Angie" Hamilton; and her brother Michael Chester Lantz, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Rodger W. Cooksey; her daughter Patricia "Patti" Phillips (Andy); her stepdaughters, Rita Cooksey and Sara Wainwright; her sisters, Margie Bailey (Ronnie) and Beverly Sprouse (Ray); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Lantz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
