She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Edward Bond and Athula Bond (Tubekis). She is survived by: her close friend Gene "Bobby" Walker of Brandywine, MD; and her siblings, Ralph Bond, Jr. of Baden, MD, Robert Bond, Sr. (Jane) of Brandywine, MD, Steven Dale Bond and Carolyn Sue Bond-Rye. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would request donations be made in Charlotte's name to the Volunteer Fire Department Brandywine, P.O. Box 238, Brandywine, MD 20613 or the American Cancer Society.
