He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Aubrey Hill of Newburg, MD. and Edith Pearl Jenkins of Newburg, MD.; and his siblings, Harold Samuel Hill, Joseph P. Hill, William Rodney Hill, Carl E. Hill, Edward Lathan Hill, Robert Lee Hill, Gladys Jeanette Gable and Virginia P. Brake.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Fleming, Sharon Pellecchia (John), Glenda Harbin (Danny) and Gary Hill (Tammy); his wife Barbara Hill; his sister Mary Eleanor King (Micky) of Clinton, MD; and his grandchildren, Brian Fleming (Alison), Wesley Fleming, Jason Fleming (Shyra), Tiffany Nutter (Jake), Chelsea Pellecchia (Scott), John Pellecchia (Kristine), Luke Harbin, Kaitlyn Bromley (Mark), Ashley Lokrantz (Brady) and Kyle Hill. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
