She was predeceased by: her spouses, Henry Chiles Matthews and Suzanne of Sayre, OK. She is survived by: her children, Faye Shaffer (Sanford) and Guy, Jr.; her grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah, Anita, Penny, Jay, Josh, Rocky, Alyssia, Candice, Lauren and Brooke; her siblings-in-law, Janie Matthews, Ona Bradbury and Johnny Baker; and also, Mark (Nancy) and Barry (Judi). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
