He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Louise Letcher and Elizabeth Jane Roberts; and his sister Betty Ann Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Bern; his children, Ronald Letcher (Christine), Dee Letcher, Melinda Neumer (Derrick), John Cross and Ronnie Robinson; his grandchildren, Angela, Kristina, Alex, Rebecca, Allen, Brian, Alexis, Haley, Addison and Avery; his great grandchildren, Carter, Emilia, Scarlett, Olivia, Rayne and Kinsley; and his sister Naomi Thompson (Ronald).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Baden Fire Department (16608 Brandywine Rd, Brandywine, MD 20613).
