He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley C. and Mary G. Karn (Fawsett); his former wife Dr. Sandra O. Karn; his wife Sally Remund; his brother Bradley Karn, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Karn.
He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Karn, Jr. (Cheryl), Kimberly Wilson (Christopher), Gregory Karn, Kelly Holston, Russell Karn and Brian Karn; and his sisters, Donna Moeller and Mimi Hegler (Lou). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
