He was predeceased by: his father William Richards. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Marie Richards; his sisters, Tina Marie Thompson and Carmen Louise Osman; and his friend Jessie Hardisty.

At this time William "Billy" Richards devoted family and care givers would like for you not to send any flowers but to send donation in his name to the ARC of Prince George County.
