It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel Lee Tucker (Bowie, Maryland), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tucker and Vandelia Kellum Tucker; and his siblings, Fred, Russell, Nathaniel, Peggy and Gloria Jean.
He is survived by: his friend Ernestine Brown (Tina) of Trenton, NJ.; his wife Ernestine (Tina); and his children, Samuel L. Tucker II (Gloria) and Sharla Tucker Brown (Larry). He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great- grandchildren and many extended relatives and friends.
