He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McDowell and Jesse McDowell; and his sibling-in-law Margaretta McCorkle. He is survived by: his brother Paul; his nephew Michael Paul; his wife Helen Nocum; and his son Michael (Sandy). He is also survived by two children and three grandchildren.
A prayer was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beall Funeral Home (6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20715).
