He is survived by: his children, Kristina Williams (Lt), Col. George, Del Spurrier of Olney, Mike Spurrier (Bonnie) of Glen Burnie, Tim Spurrier (Maria) of Gambrills and Wendi Clough (Scott) of Annapolis; and his brother E. Linwood Spurrier (Shirley) of Rosemont. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
