She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sharps and Iva Sharps (Gross); her son Barry Thompson; and her siblings, Norman Sharps, Pynette Jefferson, Clarice Sharps and Lucille Salisbury.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kandi Ford and Kim Williams (Mark Williams); her grandchildren, Kaeshelle Ford Patrick (Bradley Patrick) and Jonathan Ford; and her sister Denise Hutchins-Cole (Quincy Cole). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and countless treasured friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Zion United Methodist Church (41 Ark Rd, Lothian, MD 20711).
