He is survived by: his sister-in-law Mary Lou Fogg (James "Jim") of Peachtree City, GA; his nephew Randy Keith Fogg (Christine) of Fayetteville, GA; and his nieces, Robyn Winston Owsley (Kevin) of Auburn, AL and Heather Lohr Berry of Staunton, VA..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home (16000 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
