He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Ambrose and Mark Ambrose; his stepmother Toni Ambrose; his sister Amanda; his brother-in-law Chris Lord; his grandparents, Karl and Lucille Cocke; his uncles, George Cooke (Michelle), Steve Ambrose (Karen) and Dan Ambrose (Donna); and his aunt Jana Ambrose.
