He is survived by: his wife June Patricia Blake of Cumberland, Maryland.; his children, Patrick Blake and Mary Karen Klosterman (Kenneth Klosterman); his granddaughters, Laura Spencer and Megan Klosterman; and his daughter Cassidy Schell.
