With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Bennett Shaw of Bowie, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 14, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jerry Bennett may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wiseman Funeral Home & Chapel (4591 Allentown Rd, Suitland, MD 20746). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
