He was predeceased by: his parents, James Larkin and Carrie Schueler Larkin. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas (Charlotte) and Bob (Donna); his granddaughters, Jennifer, Katie, Christina and Robin; and his great grandchildren, James, Claire, Amelia, Christopher, Eleanor, Ronin and Alice.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home (16000 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
