She was predeceased by: her siblings, Leroy, Norman Harwitz and Geraldine Brilliant; and her parents, Michael Harwitz and Fannie Harwitz.

She is survived by: her husband Stephen Krulik; and her sons, Jeffrey Howard, Michael Andrew and Kenneth Marc Krulik.
