He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence and Mary; his siblings, Donald, Glen and Linda; his wife Janice Marie Saxon of Oklahoma City, OK; his sons, Louis (Denise), Michael (Mary) and Robert; his grandsons, William (Samantha) and Joseph; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Owen and Eric.

In lieu of flowers, Dale requested memorial contributions be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation (t2t.org) and Shriners Children's (lovetotherescue.org).
