With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Sigvold Bulger of Bowie, Maryland, who passed away on December 9, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Carl Sigvold may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carl Sigvold touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela B. Bulger; his children, Doug Bulger, Chuck Bulger and Diane Tsapos; and his grandchildren, Michael Tsapos, Natalie Bulger, Katina Tsapos, Kelsey Bulger, Jack Bulger and Zoe Tsapos.
