She was predeceased by: her husband Emmanuel Akan. She is survived by: her daughter Gloria E. Akan; and her sisters, Mrs Ekaete A. Ufford, Mrs Rose Silas and Mrs Janet P. Bassey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins extended family and friends.
