He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann Flook. He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Flook; his sons, Gary Flook of Hancock, MD and Terry Flook of Hancock, MD; and his stepchildren, Gary Rohrer (Tammi) of Boonsboro, MD and Shelly Hollinger (Brad) of Greencastle, PA. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandson.
