He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Stevens and Thelma L. Stevens (Rohrer). He is survived by: his significant other Pauline C. Stevens (Babington); his siblings, Dale Stevens, Audrey Shepley (Stevens), Betty Hines (Stevens) and Rosalind "Peachie" Baker; his sons, Ricky Stevens (Sandy) of Boonsboro and Randy Stevens (Diane) of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Janine Suffecool (Douglas Jr.), Janelle Weddle (Jeremiah), Julie Campbell (William), Jason Phillips (Christie) and Jeni Jarrell (Jim); and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Noah Weddle, Elizabeth, Lillian, Adelyn Campbell, Jordyn, Natalie, MaKayla Phillips, Morgan Updegraff (Gabe) and CJ Jarrell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home (7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Boonsboro Bible Church.
