He is survived by: his parents, Richard Herman Levee Sr. and Kathleen Anne Oechsler Levee; his siblings, Alice Anne Davis (Craig) of Westminster, MD, Lisa Maria Dorsey (Chad) of Boonsboro, MD, Mark Steven Levee (Jennifer) of Manchester, MD and Kevin Michael Levee (Eileen) of Westminster, MD; and his son Samuel Levee of Taneytown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
