He is survived by: his children, Robin Monninger of Greencastle, PA, Raymond Monninger, Jr. (Shawn) of Boonsboro and Crystal Monninger of Waterford, VA; his granddaughters, Alethea Blumenauer (Jason) of Smithsburg, Courtney Gould (Evan) of Midlothian, VA, Alyssa Shifler (Zachary) of Boonsboro, Kaylee Agha (Zeshan) of Greencastle and Lilith Franklin of Waterford, VA; his sister Rebecca Rohrer (Jerry) of Rohrersville; his siblings-in-law, Frank Brinkley, Joan Monninger, Shirley Monninger and Alice Monninger; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Logan, Ava Blumenauer, Carter, Henley, Sutton Gould, Mason Shifler and Zoe Agha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
