He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hoffman and Sarah Hoffman; and his brothers, Paul Hoffman and Carl Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Hoffman; his children, Donald Hoffman (Kami), Jeff Hoffman (Michael Smith), Laurie Metz (Jay), Michael Hoffman (Keli) and Bradly Hoffman (Sandra); and his siblings, Doris J. Hoffman and Harry Hoffman. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
