She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy A. Bussard and Mary C. Bussard (Kretzer); her husband Howell G. Pierce; her siblings, Daniel, Calvin, Harry, Alfredo, Carrol, Anna, Carolyn and Linda; and her nephews, Monte Ecton and Paul "Scottie" Myers.
She is survived by: her daughter Winnie Talbert (Ernie Talbert) of Boonsboro, MD; and her sisters, Norma Hilliard of Sharpsburg, MD, Ruby Houser of Sharpsburg, MD, Judy Renner of Sharpsburg, MD and Connie Knight (Warren) of Sharpsburg, MD.
