With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Foltz (Boonsboro, Maryland), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 4, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Harry C. Grove Sr. and Beatrice C. Bach Grove; her husband Robert W. Foltz, Sr.; and her daughter Anneke. She is survived by: her brother Harry C. Grove, II; and her sons, Bobby, Brian and Daniel. She is also survived by wives and eight grandchildren.
