He is survived by: his wife Melody Jane Coulter; his children, Theresa Norris of Knoxville, MD, Tammy Ellis of Falling Waters, WV, Pamela Porter of Sharpsburg, MD, Tarra Efkarpidis of Norwalk, CT, Leanne Watson of Martinsburg, WV, Lynwood "Woody" Coulter, Jr. of Boonsboro, MD and William Miller of Spring Mills, WV; and his siblings, Patsy Baker of Middletown, MD, Kathy Lanham of Martinsburg, WV and David Coulter of Sharpsburg, MD. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
