He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Charles Oral Wagner; his father Ronald Lee "Ron" Wagner; his grandmother Katherine Stewart "Gammy"; his aunts, Paula Stewart and Kathy Stewart; his grandfather Gene Paul Stewart; and his friend Billy Bowen.
He is survived by: his mother Sandy Wagner Jackson; his sister Lisa Wagner Roberts (Brunswick, MD); his stepfather Charlie Jackson; his stepsister Ebonee Harper (Frederick); his nephews, Colton Wagner and Jayden Roberts; his fiancée Andrea Youngbar; his son Joel Youngbar; his friends, Nick Sweeney (Brunswick) and Jack Shafer (Middletown); and also, Deb and Allen Youngbar.
