She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy and Emma Cecelia Howell (Mercer); and her siblings, Joseph, Edgar Howell, Margaret Shannon, Mary Killian and Neita Norman.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Harvey Routzahn; her daughters, Vicky L. Green (Tom) of Myersville and Lisa Y. Faulkner (Paul) of Hagerstown; her grandchildren, Alexandra and Garrett Faulkner of Hagerstown; and her siblings, Jessie Ottinger of Hagerstown, Dorothy Phillips of Boonsboro, Calvin Howell of Williamsport and Ralph Howell of Dickerson.
