She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hartman and Charlotte Cooper (Dorty); her husband George E. Ashbaugh, Jr.; and her siblings, Laura Gray, Thelma Wheeler, Ruth Davis, Joyce Cooper, Willard and Richard Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Shoemaker (Mark) of Hagerstown and George; and her brother Daniel Cooper of Sevierville. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
