Smith of Hagerstown, MD, Gregory A. Leatherman (Barbara) of Hagerstown, MD and Raymond D. Monninger, Jr. (Shawn) of Boonsboro, MD; and his sisters, Nancy J. Smith of Hagerstown, MD, Jane Sirbaugh of Sharpsburg, MD, Sharon A. Coulter of Hagerstown, MD and Bette L. DeWease of Shepherdstown, WV. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
