We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Louise B. Nelson of Bladensburg, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonah Cleveland and Mary Viola Tibbs of Moorefield, WV; and her siblings, Tracy Ray Tibbs, J. C. Tibbs and Mary Hickman (Eddie).
She is survived by: her niece Stefanie Compton; her children, Daniel Wayne Blankenship (Kristie) and Scottie Eugene Blankenship (Lelia); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Cassidy Blankenship, Carson and Hudson Dishong; and her sisters, Brenda Farley, Margaret Dobbins (Gene), Barbara Crites (Paul) and Norma Koontz (Gary). She is also survived by Several loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A mandate by the Mercer County Board of Health requires face masks to be worn and social distancing to be observed.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in Louise's memory to your local church or to your favorite charity in Louise's honor.
