He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Fost and Wanda Fost (Lease) of Cresaptown, MD.; his brother-in-law Jerry Rice; his wife Kim Fost (Burow); his children, Mitchell (Sophia) of Friendsville, MD, Casey (Jessica) and Scarlett Frantz (Michael); his grandchildren, William, Wyatt, Isabelle, Bowen and Morgan; his siblings, Mark Fost (Shelby), Greg Fost and Dixie Rice (Tom) of Cresaptown; his parents-in-law, Robert Burow of Grantsville, MD and Glenne Blocher (Wayne) of Frostburg, MD; and his brother-in-law David Burow (Jennifer). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
